Terms and Conditions

Below are the Terms and Conditions applicable to all NOURISH Clients:

• NOURISH Clients who pay in full may cancel /withdraw within 14 days of initial payment date for any NOURISH program with no fee.
• NOURISH Clients who pay in full may request cancellation/withdraw  after the 14 day grace period, but no refunds will be issued. 
• NOURISH Clients on a 6 or 12 month payment plan will be charged $75 per occurrence for payments that fail to process via the automated processing service.
• All information provided on this  website or as a result of your relationship with Nutrition for Holistic Wellness is the intellectual property of the clinic and should not be copied,  or distributed without written permission.
• Nutrition for Holistic Wellness is not a medical clinic.   Advice given herin should not be taken as medical advice, nor is any responsibility or liability taken for any medical outcomes.
